Apart from working for the Issuer's company, Stanisław Lessaer is also a Senior Lecturer       in the Department of Architecture of Silesian Technical University in Gliwice, where he works         part- time. What's more, Stanisław Lessaer has a contract of employment as a general designer in Budoprojekt Ltd. According to the statement he has made, the business activity performed outside the Issuer's company is not in any way competitive with P.A. Nova     joint-stock company. Stanisław Lessaer has a higher technical degree - in 1978 graduated from Department of Architecture of Silesian Technical University, he is a Doctor of Civil Engineering.

Sławomir Kamiński was a Judge of The Stock Exchange Court joint-stock company in Warsaw, he was also signed on a list of court experts in the area of securities' turnover by a District Court in Warsaw.

In the years 2002-2007 held a function of an Audit Committee member of a District Legal Advisers' Association in a Warsaw. He is now a Council Treasurer of a District Legal Advisers' Association Committee in Warsaw and also a member of a Higher Audit Committee of Legal Advisers' National Association. He is a partner in PROFESSIO Lawyer's Office Kamiński Limited partnership

Sławomir Kamiński also held a function of the Board Vice President of PETROLOT Ltd. and Vice Director of the Capital Group Office in PKN ORLEN joint-stock company, where he worked as a legal advisor.

Apart holding all the above functions, Sławomir Kamiński held a position of a legal advisor in a Legal Department of Central Office in PKO BP joint-stock company.
